I HATE MEN

well at least today... and only hubby’s type men, who are emotionless, have no interest in family life, never change and fight over same thing their whole life, make absolute no effort to have a peaceful life, never think of solving a problem which effects everybody’s life around them.. They think by avoiding & not talking about things is called solving even after friken so many years you are fighting over same things which leads to many other problems & new issues to fight about. Don’t they get any clue or they are just too dumb to realize.. There are so many men out there trying & making effort to have a loving satisfying life but are there people who want to fight every time they are home? I mean what kind of role model you will be for your kids? Or Just spending money makes up for every fight, every heartache and gives you back every second when you make other people feel so bad… Why can’t they realize that they are tearing you apart..

Few days back I read this on Keshi’s blog & can’t get it out of my mind..

You can have everything else in life but if you don't have love, respect, understanding and appreciation from your near and the dear ones, then you have nothing. If they can't and won't take few minutes to really listen to what you have to say, if they don't seem to understand how you feel, if they don't respect your feelings, if their love is just verbal only and if they demonstrate that your existence in their life is not appreciated, then why do you still hang around wanting to be heard and loved.

Today I don’t know the answer either… maybe because of the kids…

MO2! How did you know?! Did you meet my husband?! What?! When?! How?! Why?!:D:D:D

Little advice form a girl to another..these silent type husbands do care but donot know how to express, that's all! Don't take it personally darling,believe you me,if I start worrying abt his behavior everyday, I would have divorced him loooong ago! Just concentrate on kids, if he feel isolated,may be he will try himself to be one of you.Be positive,orelse life will be a torture..They do care in thier own way, nobody is perfect after all.We would like them to be jolly good fellas but some are not born that way!! Bummer for us!:))

I have been coming to your blog one month for now,i read allmost all the posts,but never commented,i used to read all mommy blogs because i found them so simple yet so beautiful,No heart breaking stories,politics,but simple innocence of their kids shared to make a stranger smile and today when i read this post i felt sad.Cheerup,i know its tough to feel and easy to talk but still.
I have been married for 5 months now and i believe in talksing,sharing and saying that i love him,expressions are imp in a relationship,but he is just not used to it,first i felt angry,hurt but then i am trying to change him.He is mostly silent,feels amused when i hug him or say i love you but then i am trying to make him understand that it will make me happy if he puts in little effort,slowly but he is changing.

Keep trying and keep doing it again and again,he will for sure understand it oneday.Takecare and hope you will feel better soon.

Hey mom of 2, I hate men too. That is not to say there are some men I like/love, but as a general race I hate them. I think they are such selfish, selfcentred, penis-oriented, egoistic idiots. I sometimes feel like we spend our entire lives pandering to the male ego!!!!!

funny yesterday itself i hd a similar coversation - a neihbour of mine said he did not want to go off abroad for work leaving children & wife behind. I asked him if he told this to his wife- he said no.. i told her that I need to go as work is important. men may be simply don't like to admit their weak spot or feel the wifey will ask them not to go off etc...cheer up anyway

hi, we own the same species of men! but good thing is, i started blogging just to take my mind off these crazy feelings. we are not so alone in this blogging world. hey, just don't let us bump into other guys, i mean this thing can lead into other thing if we are not careful. talking from own experience!! ok, nice reading your blog...

men in general have issues expressing themselves. but those guys are so bloody dependent on us women for trivial things... and you have given him a beautiful family, he must know he totally lucked out when he married you!!! and enjoy the making up part ;)

{{{HUGS}}}
It made me sad to read this post, a contrast from your usual cheerful ones that are splattered with smilies and winks. I do hope you feel better today than when you wrote this post...I hope you and your "Grown-up Kid" reconcile your differences. And, do understand that your little ones probably appreciate you much more than may seem obvious - as evident from fighting with each other for prolonged hug times... Hugs again, and look forward to the next cheery update

MO2,
Hopefully, the cloud has moved over and it is sunshine again. But like all your other readers have commented, it is such a woman thing to expect and it is such a man thing to take things for granted....so, I wouldn't over analyze things. Also, when you are a mom, you give and give and give..sometimes the need to be heard and loved and taken care of and appreciated makes you ultra-emotional. I know those days when a hug can make all the difference but believe me you are not alone!
